New player with in game items fm pre-order - Guild Wars Forums

Hi everyone,
I am suffering from information overload. Too much stuff here. I have one question. Please let me know how I may claim my special game item. I had purchased from EBgames GW with spcl in-game item. It came with a beta serial number and the released GW serial number. So which serial number do I key in? Appreciate if anyone who knows, please let me know or direct me to the correct thread. Thanking you in advance.

both, if you want to claim the preorder item, and play. =)

you should be able to enter additional keys to your account (for beta keys)
then once you do that, you should be able to claim your preorder item by logging in, and if the item isn't on your account.. type /preorder and you should get it
